EVENT DESIGN

CONSULTATIONS + DIRECTION

An initial complimentary consultation will be held to determine your event style.We will review any images you have collected, and discuss your personal style and design inspiration.

STYLE PROFILE

Should you choose to use our services our team will create a comprehensive style profile based on the initial consultation. 

Your style profile is a multi-page package that will contain a color story, suggestions, style direction and various other design elements.

Once your event’s design aesthetic is determined we can begin selecting details and hiring a team of design focused vendors to complete the vision.

VENDOR RELATIONS

We manage communications with the following vendors:

Event rentals - linens, tables/seating/furniture

Lighting Designer

Graphic Designers(invitations, menus, customized dance floors etc.)

Graphic designers(custom signage)

Cake & baked goods designer 

ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT

Our team will be on site during the implementation stage to oversee the hired vendors and ensure the design details are properly executed.

The SJD team will be on site styling and attending to each detail.We will oversee rental deliveries and timeline management.When required, we will return for the breakdown and manage the return of rentals items.

FLORAL DESIGN

Floral design services are available for dinner parties,special events,special occasions and corporate events.

We work with our clients to determine their floral style through a series of pointed questions and conversations related to their day-to-day style and their event's purpose.We then offer creative suggestions in line with your vision.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

Prices based on needs

Arrangements are carefully curated and designed by hand.

Florals are available in small, medium, large centerpieces and bud vases, depending on budget and tastes.

DETAILS

Prices based on needs

Cake flowers, ceremony decor reception decor, garlands and flower walls.

RENTALS

Priced Separately

Curating unique items in line with your overall style is a serious passion of ours. We will pull pieces from our own inventory and curate new items based on your needs.
